What should I do if no one responds to my online survey?

Ask yourself whether you have a compelling reason for conducting the survey and whether you have effectively communicated that reason to your potential respondents.
Take a look at the respondent list you have and double check that you have targeted the right group of people.
Review the text in your invitation. Make sure the language addresses the respondent's frame of mind. For example, rather beseeching the respondent to "take our survey now," approach with sensitivity: "While the performance is freshest in your mind, please take a moment to share your immediate impressions with us."
