During your stay, enjoy a full menu of hotel amenities including complimentary use of the fitness center and pool. Additionally, all rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with high-speed internet access. Wireless internet access is available on the lobby level.

To make housing reservations, please call 1.800.441.1414 and identify yourself as part of the “Americans for the Arts” to receive this discount. You can also reserve your room online. The cut-off date for this room rate is Friday, October 8, 2010, and space is limited. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early to guarantee availability.

Please be advised that Diplomat Travel charges a $32 booking fee for all airline reservations and a $10 booking fee for car or hotel booking if air has been secured by another source. The Norman Y. Mineta International Airport is located three miles from The Fairmont San Jose, the conference headquarters. There is no complimentary shuttle service.

There is a parking garage located underneath the hotel for The Fairmont San Jose guests and patrons. There is so self-parking available.

The prices begin at $5 for the first half hour and $1.50 for each additional 20 minutes, with a maximum of $26. For overnight parking, there is a fee of $26.

Overflow garages are located throughout the downtown area within close proximity to The Fairmont.
