Please be advised that Diplomat Travel charges a $32 booking fee for all airline reservations and a $10 booking fee for car or hotel booking if air has been secured by another source. The Norman Y. Mineta International Airport is located three miles from The Fairmont San Jose, the conference headquarters. There is no complimentary shuttle service.

There is a parking garage located underneath the hotel for The Fairmont San Jose guests and patrons. There is so self-parking available.
The prices begin at $5 for the first half hour and $1.50 for each additional 20 minutes, with a maximum of $26. For overnight parking, there is a fee of $26.
Overflow garages are located throughout the downtown area within close proximity to The Fairmont.
